We spent most of the weekend shutting down the deck and prepping for the potential storm to come on Monday. It looks as if most of it will pass us by, but it doesn't hurt to get ready. Amelia slept in the sun (indirect), cooing quietly and really just chilling out. We're OK with that. Mom and Dad are both tired but doing good, it appears that you can cope with only three hour stretches of sleep, although any kind of math is painful.
Amelia has now reached the 10 pound mark, our little darling is getting bigger, however she still has some growing to do before she will fit this out fit.
For the most part Amelia is sleeping well and spending some of the night in the bassinet. We're moving her in gradually, not soon enough for us, too quickly for her. Castor on the other hand, is having no problem finding a use for the bassinet.
Chelle caught me reading to the baby. "Something Good" by Munch. I was captivated by the story. Amelia drooled, but I think it was unrelated to the story.
Does this baby make me look good?
We're introducing Amelia to music. Our intention was to get her into the groove early, with hopes of her wanting to pick up an instrument at some point in her life. I discovered it has some added benifits. Click HERE to see what I mean.

This picture is taken from Rochelle's point of view, one very common for her.
